After graduating in Business Administration from University of Augsburg, Germany, Mr. Zimmermann has filled managerial roles for international groups in Europe, North and  Latin America.

In 1998 ZIMMERMANN CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL was founded as a boutique for international executive interim solutions and M&A support - focussing on Integration Leadership. During the past 20 years Mr. Zimmermann realized more than thirty domestic and foreign projects.

In the realization of these projects Mr. Zimmermann served in numerous interim leadership roles for german and international groups. 

His tasks included Restructuring, Outsourcing, Shared Service Centers, Carve Out and advise and integration following M&A transactions.

Value based leadership and sustainable improvement of the integration of business units are his personal permanent commitment.

In addition to German Mr. Zimmermann speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.
